We recently stayed at a stunning heritage resort nestled in the heart of nature. Surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil ponds, you can soak up the serene atmosphere. the resort offers plenty of activities, including a game room, tennis court and a swimming pool. the helpful and polite staff made our stay even more enjoyable, with their always, ready, to, help attitude. the delicious food served at the pure veg dining restaurant was the icing on the cake.

The room maintenance could have been better. Some parts of the room needed fixing, and the AC was quite old and noisy.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. the staff was friendly, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the comfortable beds.

The room was smaller than I expected, and the amenities were not up to par with the room rate.
